Hunter at Loch Ness

76+ million Boomers in North America alone are in the process of mastering the art of retirement transition. And it is not so easy. With at least  one quarter of our lives yet to live we Boomers are not retiring in the old sense of the word.

As pioneers in a new and productive stage of life our focus is shifting from financially rewards from work to include a greater spirit rewarded work. This is characterized by flexibility and choice rather than necessity and obligation.

We have an unprecedented opportunity to reinvent ourselves; to ponder our new  aspirations and  to pursue them in our own good time.
